Hide tasks from other agents
Hello, I have the need to delegate tasks within servicedesk plus and don't want other agents to see their tasks. Right now when I select show all for tasks on the initial screen it leads me to 'My All Tasks' I also see 'All Tasks'. I dont want agents to have the ability to see other agents tasks that may be sensitive or non-related. Is there a way to hide other users tasks?
