We've raised a ticket about this, but wondering if anyone else has run in to this.
We have the checkbox there so that users can either hide or show their security question answers when settings up their enrollment. The problem that comes up is when a user decides to uncheck the box. Some of the answers show up as plain text and others do not which causes a lot of confusion.
We have applied the patch that was sent and it did not make any changes at all.
Is there a way to either remove that option completely since it doesn't work?
We are waiting for a reply from support, but just thought we'd throw that out there in case someone has run in to this before.'
