Hide Resolution from Users
Is there a way to hide the Resolution from the user?
As we want to encourage the technicians to put full resolutions in that can then be turned into "Solutions" it may not always be best to allow users to see this information (maybe sensitive).
It would be nice if there was a feature similar to that of the tasks where you can choose to make this available to technician or technician/user.
