Hide recipients of software notifications from each other
Introduce the ability to send the e-mail software notifications blindly to recipients so they don't know who else has the software installed.
Also add the facility to copy the e-mail to another person(s)
At present all recipients of the notification see who else got the e-mail, and you don't want to accidently tell the person in accounts to uninstall the latest music screen saver at the same time as the Head of Finance, the hassle factor for the service desk operative and embarrasment of the HoF could be a little career limiting - Fun maybe !!
