Is there a way to hide the default request template from the requester? That option appears to be greyed out.
I want to create a new template that hides category selections from requesters. At this stage we don't want requesters to have access to multiple templates. If we remove the category fields from the default template, technicians can then not see it either.
This is obviously an issue as they have to categorise the request.
