Okay, here is my problem. I have Service Desk Plus installed on my server and I would like to create a web address (i.e. helpdesk.sierracouriers.net) to point to the logon screen for service desk. Instead of the user having to type the server name and port number to get the logon screen. Is there a way that this can happen or not?
