Helpdesk technician reports
Hello,
I have actually created 2 helpdesk technicians, one "readonly" and one "admin". Because there are some information that are in the Active Directory that only the "admin" users can view.
So I was wondering if there is a way where the readonly user is limited in the fields available to add in the report he is generating. And that the admin user can still view all the fields.
I am not talking about the modification templates but about the user reports.
Is it possible to manage that through the helpdesk roles ? Or perhaps you have an other solution.
