Helpdesk Settings Fail

Helpdesk Settings Fail

i am trying to setup my helpdesk settings in DC. When I put the information in, and hit save, it tells me it failed to apply the helpdesk settings. I have checked and re-checked the settings. They are the same as in SDP. I cannot figure out what is going on.
