Helpdesk Request Subject List

I am using the Helpdesk request feature allowing our users to right click on the DC agent and create a helpdesk request. I noticed that the Subject setting under Admin/Help Desk Settings shows [MEDC] which uses an array of pre-populated variables allowing the end-user to select from a list when creating the helpdesk request.

Is it possible to modify this list and populate with custom subjects and a custom body?
