Helpdesk replies automatically cc'd to others
Job sent to helpdesk@ is put into our helpdesk.
We open the request and we click reply to send the sender a message.
If the job was sent to helpdesk@ as well as other email addresses, for example, wayne@ then the reply will automatically be cc'd to wayne@ as well as the original requester.
Is there any way to strip out the contents of the cc field so only the requester gets the reply without having to remember to check each time we send a message?
