Helpdesk Error ( Technicians Unable to see New request )

Hi

 We have installed  ServiceDesk Plus Software ver. 7.6. WE have also created few Technicians. But those technician are unable to see the request which is created by other users. Only administrator can see all the requests.

I have attached the screen shot of Error.
