Helpdesk color coded tickets
I work with a company that uses your software and it is very helpful. One thing that we have a problem with though are all the tickets we get. This can make it easy to overlook some of the high priority tickets while sifting through them.
One thing that I would like to see is where you have your tickets listed, and the background of the ticket alternates from the blue and white "ish" backgrounds.
Instead I would like to see the backgrounds of the individual subjects color coded (I.E red background is a high priority ticket, yellow is med, and white is low perhaps.)
