I need to change the reports that are presented on the dashboard. I am currently using the free version of the tool with 5 technicians 

From what I understand to make changes to the dashboard, you must go into one of the reports on the dashboard and there should be a button which allows you to add or remove it from the dash, I don't see this no matter what permissions I give my technicians.... any ideas?
