Could you help me with an error to send mails from Servicedesk Plus Version 8.0.0 - Build 8026 through Outlook service, I attached below the application configuration.

We keep using basic authentication:

The incoming mails work properly, but outcoming mails doesn’t.

Outgoing configuration:

Error Log:

All the licenses are up to date.
