Help with report

Help with report

Hi There,

We are currently doing some Servicedesk Maintenance & house keeping and would like to simplify our Categories.

Is there a report I can run that will tell us which Categories / Sub Categories / Items have never been used?

I need something like Report Home > Report by Category > "Request Count"

Is this possible or will I have to run a report on each item separately to get the count (We have 412 items!)
