Help with Monitoring cpu and memory by process

Hi we are in the last evaluation stage of Application Manager 8.0 (Build 8010) and we are experimenting troubles with the process monitoring feature, we are unable to get data for this counters, just the name of the process but not CPU or RAM % used (Win2003 and Win2000), We believe that this parameters are very important, please somebody can help me.

Installed in = Win2003
Remote Servers = Win2000 and Win2003

PD: Executing winmgmt /resyncperf (for 2000) or wmiadap /f (for 2003) is not resulting in nothing, inclusive we try to perform this job in the local server and is impossible to get this counter working.
