Help with Custom Format username in 'A#####' format with random numbers needed

Help with Custom Format username in 'A#####' format with random numbers needed

I need to create a new user template that utilized a alpha character and a random 6 character number (i.e. E234532).  I can only find how to set specifically defined characters, not random.  Is this not possible with ADManager?
