Hi

I am running A Service Desk Plus On premisses running on a Linux Virtual Machine and version 14.2 Build 14201

I need apply an NFR License on this installation.

But when I try to install the license I received. I got two errors:

- Reset Guest password (This is OK)

- Reset the Schedule Backup default password before applying License

Accessing General Settings --> Backup Scheduling --> edit scheduling

And reset the password I receive the message

The backup is in progress. You can only save the configurations once it is completed.

I already reboot the VM but this problem still persist. Any help would be appreciated
