HELP! OpManager MSSQL database problem

Hi,
 
I am having several problems since March 22. I am unable to delete or clear alarm messages for any device. Following the error message I get:
"webclient.fault.alarm.clear.status.failure"
or
"Problem in deleting alarm"



when I'm trying to adding a note...
"Unable to Add Note some error occured"
 
My OpManager uses MSSQL database and I tried to restore database from March 19 in order to resolve the problem but the problem ocurred in the next morning again.
 
Tried to restore the database before the problem and upgrade the OpManager to the last build number, once again the problem ocurred. So, once again I stopped the OpManager service, performed a downgrade to my last operational version and again restore the backup from March 19.
 
I only found one topic in this forum: http://forums.manageengine.com/topic/can't-clear-alarms but in there I didn't found an answer to the problem. I tried to generate the Support Information File with no sucess:
 
"File Location on the Server :Support Information File could not be created as the size of logs exceed 50 MB. Zip the logs directory underC:/Program Files/AdventNet/ME/OpManager"
 
I made the zip file of the logs directory and tried to attach to this message with no sucess (file size 28MB).
