HELP..... Is my traffic correct ?????

Hi all,

I have tried to read previous threads to solve my questions but i have not found a solution yet.

I have inherited some routers and their configuration.

I receive internet and mail traffic from an ATM PVC Link.
It receives traffic ok, but i used to see both ESP traffic and http and pop3.
I have found that the main router that i am running netflow on was only enrypting part of my Subnets range and not all of them.
I have talked to my 'PROVIDER' and they did the changes on their router and so i did on mine to encrypt for the whole of 10.51.0.0 (S.M : 255.255.0.0) subnet range. (Please see attached photo)
I check the traffic for the last 15 minutes and i expect to see only ESP traffic on that link since all traffic is being encrypted.
Bu what i see is ESP and POP3 and HTTP traffic....any idea????
