Help inventory tab and security tab problems
hi basicly my setup is op manager installed on our mail server and a probe installed at our clients server we a using a vpn tunnel to get the imformation from the probe to the server we have opened port 6565 6161 which are scanfi ports through this tunnel everything is working except the inventory tab and the security tab they error saying
The given/available NAT_NAME(sistema-v01) & NAT_PORT(6565) for the probe may be wrong.
Firewall configuration might not be done in the probe LAN.
Probe May be Down.
Internet Connection may be poor.Connection might have timed out.
Security/Inventory module possibly not started in probe.Make sure you have applied the probe upgrade.
which points to a port issue problem but ive hit a brick wall in trying to figure this one out anyone else had this problem over VPN tunnels to probes etc thanks
