server1,server2,server3,server4

When I load the CSV file, I'm required to use the drop-down menu to pick a column for workstation name and model.

First - I thought CSV files don't have columns...they are just text (left to right) separated by a comma.  So, how can I have a header for workstation name and model??

What special format should I put this CSV file in??

when I tried:  server1,dell,server2,dell - and I was able to choose (from the drop downs), server1 and dell (for workstation name and model) - but nothing was imported.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong here??
