Help Desks Cannot Log in to ADManager Plus

We have just launched our ADManager site recently, and some users cannot log in. When they enter their username and password and select 'Login', the username and password is blanked out and nothing happens. We have determined that some users experience this on their entire network, while other users are only experiencing this on one machine. We have not been able to recreate this on our machines so far, but have determined that this occurs in all browsers. I have tried uninstalling Java, blocking the port the site is using from my machine, as well as numerous browser settings. Does anyone have any insight as to why this might be occurring?
