Good Morning,

 

As in other tools, there are options for Help Desk type of administrators to log in to the tool and reset users accounts from here instead of directly in AD.

 

I've tested added someone as a SuperAdmin or an Operator, and can't seem to find that option anywhere.

 

Can someone please let me know if this is possible or would Help Desk admins continue to use AD for these tasks.
