Help -- Creating two Incident Templates using the same fields, but with different informations
Hi all,
I have a situation:
I need create 2 templates for different accounts but in both cases it will be necessary create fields using the same names but with diffferent informations.
Template A
fields: Product (info a,b,c) and Version (info a,b,c)
Template B
fields: Product (info d,e,f) and Version (info d,e,f)
Is it possible?
