Help adding remote control tool

I was wondering if anybody has tried this or if this is possible to add Citrix's GoToAssist remote control tool with the Service Desk software?


I really like the management capabilities of ServiceDesk but I love Citrix's GoToAssist software it would be nice to open a ticket in Service desk and click connect to asset and have it open GoToAssist.
