Heavy Use of ServiceDesk (40+Techies)
Hello,
There is a possibility our ServiceDesk requirements will be expanding significantly, does anybody have more than 40 technicians running on a single SDP, if our new management proposals go through we could be looking at potentially 40 total technicians.
Could there be any immediate issues with such a large number of technicians? Our current ServiceDesk is operating solely in a Windows 2003 VM Server, and is running/backing up fine without any issues (touchwood).
Is there anything we should consider before we take the dive?
