Most servers have this data but some dont.

The usage report for ram utilization and disk utilization is correct.

i also draw the free and use disk space on each machine and its also correct.

 

Most servers are windows and are using WMI to collect the data.

 

I have tried "Actions > Rediscover Device" but that didnt help.

 

 

Is there a way that i can get the opmanager server to rediscover the devices hardware with out removing it and adding it again?

Is there a pane in opmanager that will show us the hardware details of a device eg. CPU Cores, RAM total, and HDD's
