having a content variable of Technician Name
I would like to be able to modify the 'notify when request is closed' template to include the Technicians name... as in:
Your helpdesk request with id# $RequestId has been closed by $TechnicianName.
but I would need to have a content or subject variable that is defined...
in so many ways, this product is customizable for our personal situation - we are truly enjoying setting it up for use on our campus. thanks!
