We started exploring SupportCenter Plus 7.9.0 today. When we forward a request through e-mail, the subject line is filled like this: [Fwd: ##10## : Test]. Is it possible to change the # symbol into another symbol? We are also using ServiceDesk Plus (in another department) and we want to be able to forward a request to ServiceDesk Plus, without connecting it to an already existing request in ServiceDesk Plus.
