I am trying to get Service Desk Plus on prem to work with Azure SQL (not SQL Managed Instance).  I get as far as starting the service after pointing to a brand new database in Azure SQL and the service halts giving me an error related to the DB being inconsistent or corrupt.  The database is empty so I know its not corrupt.  I have given the user the highest level of permission I can to the database and sql server.  I do believe this issue to be related to permissions as the tables never get created after the service starts. 

I do have a ticket open with support, but I am wondering if anyone else has gotten Azure SQL to work.  Thanks
