Has anyone been able to use the new System Manager features?

Has anyone been able to use the new System Manager features?

We have upgraded to DC 10 and are excited to use Remote Command Line and Remote Event Viewer, but neither of these tools are working for any computer in our network. The event viewer does not load, and the command prompt accepts a command but then stalls.

Do we need to open any additional ports for these features?
