Hardware properties wrong on Cisco 1130AG
I have only added one of our Cisco Access Points to the inventory and under General Properties, the Series and Model are both being reported as "1100". This device is an 1130AG. The "Show version" information from the device states:
"Product/Model Number : AIR-AP1131AG-A-K9"
Why "AIR-AP1131AG-A-K9" is not being reported in the MODEL section of General Properties is my first issue.
Under Chassis Details, the following is being reported:
Processor Board ID : ap01-rc30
"ap01-rc30" is the configured hostname. From "Show version", the actual Processor Board ID is stated as "Processor board ID FOC10343Q22". DeviceExpert is inserting the HOSTNAME into the Processor Board ID field.
Chassis Details lists the CPU as "Not Available". However, "Show version" states, "PowerPCElvis CPU at 262Mhz, revision number 0x0950".
The following are being stated as "Not Available" in DeviceExpert:
