Hardware Inventory = null
When viewing a server, for example, I click on the "Hardware Inventory" link on the right in the "Device Info" box and it comes up as "null". Does anyone have troubleshooting tips regarding this matter?
FYI AdventNet - When using the "Windows Users List" and "Windows Groups List" in IE7, the frame that surrounds the tree-list does not automatically grow shrink when the trees are expanded and collapsed, which always hides the very information one is after. It works fine in Firefox.
