Handling off confidential attachments and Incidents

Hello Team,

is there an Approach regarding confidential Incidents with Attachements? We are thinking about an Setup where HR and IT can share the Ticketing System. But with HR incidents it could be possibile that the Incidents Description and Attachements contain sensitive Data re. the employees.

Is it possible to configure that only members of the Special HR Group and the Ticket Creator can "read" this kind of stuff.

in our upcoming Setup 15 IT Guys for 10 Countries will work with the System but one Country likes to have also HR stuff in it?

What does the community think about? meaningful Approach?
