Handling of Problems, Changes - SD+7

Am I the only one with this requests??

Some questions about handling Problems and Changes:
1) it should possible, when creating a Problem or Change from an Incident
to take the attachment with it
2) do I first have to create an Incident/Request when I want to forward an eMail
request?? => multiple PostBoxes, one for Incident, one for Problem, one for
Changes
3) out from 2):isn't it possible to attach an email directly to a Problem or Change?
4) it would be great to manage (on an easy way, calendar view, ..) resources when
a Change is assigned to a technican/developer
5) creating and attaching Screenshots when working on Incidents/
Problems/Changes


Maybe it's already possible, otherwise please take it as suggestions for further releases.

Anyway, it's a great thing to start the business process with SD, each software has possibilities for improvements.

Currently we have a consultant in our company to evaluate a company wide solution (about 4000 employees split on 13 locations around the world) for IT, production support, SAP Team, CAD Team, ... and when he saw SD+ he said, it's worth to take SD+ also into the evaluation map, even having a presentation tomorrow from TopDesk
