I am very new to Manage Engine,  I am finding a couple of issues which I am sure are easy to correct.

 

The first is changing the column widths within the application, how do I do this so I can see the full name of the software?

 

Secondly, when catergorising, giving an access type or and type if licence, I seem to go through selection of the software, and then one of the sections and then selecting OK when completed.  This means for each piece of software listed I have to go through a minimum of 9 mouse clicks per software.  Can the three actions be completed a the same time, if so how?

 

Finally, I really don't need to know that there are 36 differnet types of  a manufacturers audio driver on the network as well as tons of language files that are loaded as standard, to name just a couple.  Is there any way I can train the application to associate these with the O/S?
