Hi - I have a Wavecom GSM modem that is listed as a recommended modem by OpManager. I've connected the modem to COM3 as recommended, and set up correct baud rate on the modem and in the OpManager config file. I hit the test actions button and all works well.

Next I created a profile, with the same phone number as in the test, and associated it to one of our servers. I fail (on purpose) one of the monitored services. I recieve a text. Happy me

At this point your probably wondering where I'm going with this - If you've got this far, then well done - please read on and all will become clear!!

Now, I fail a second service on the same server as before. Nothing happens. No more texts recieved. 

I go to another server and fail a different service. Same again - no texts!!!

So my question is - WHY??? Surly I should receive a text for every failed service, until that service is returned to correct operations? I've been banging my head with this for days so any ideas / suggestions on this very strange problem (especially in the area of how to diagnose and fix this)  would be most welcome
