Groups - Unable to assign individuals to be notified
Hi Support
I have just added a new group to SupportCenter 6001 and have chosen to alert users if a request goes into this group. I also wanted to inform 2nd level support if it remained unpicked.
I am unable to select individuals from the list using ctrl-click
I can select a group of users, for example, A-H but if it wanted to select A C E G I am unable to do this please fix this asap!!!!!
