When I first got this thing (SDP) going, I created a site.
Then, when I created groups just now, I placed them into the site which I created earlier.

However, when someone now goes to create a request, neither of these two groups show up in the groups drop-down list.

How can I change it so that everything is operating within the same site (the site which I created)?
