Groups not showing in Firefox
Hello There,
We are running SD 7005 and we have a little difference in the way the application "behaves" between IE and Firefox. As our company uses both for various sites we need this to be fixed.
We have 2 groups set up - Systems - UK and Systems - Montreal. When a user logs a call in IE he has the option to select the relevant group that he needs to assign the call too (for instance: A user in Montreal will see the Systems - Montreal group) However in Firefox no groups are shown. We have tried the IEtab and it doesn't work.Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
