Grouping the technicians by their superior
I am not sure if this has been questioned before.
In my department, I have several groups of technicians and each group has its own Supervisor/Superior.
What I need is that respective Supervisor would be able to administer its own group only and shall not be allowed to view other groups requests.
Is this in your plan?
