Group to Technician relationship in Crystal Reports
Hi.
I am trying to write a report based on groups and technicians in Crystal Reports against the SDP database, however, I can't find the tables where the relationship is made. I did find the workorderstatus.owner field for which technician is assigned.
Also, how does the system display "Unassigned." Is it a formula somewhere that calculates the value, or is that stored anywhere?
