Group Notifications
Hi Support,
I have the group notification of "Send notification to group support rep(s) when a new request is added to this group" enabled but it's not working quiet the way i want it to.
I was hoping that it will only send a group notification if there isn't an assignee. This will be very handy and reduce the amount of confusion in our organization as the group gets an email as well as the assignee.
