Hi,

 

our group notification is not working correctly anymore. When a request is assigned to a group the mail isn´t send out to all the technicians which have been selected.

 

I removed all technicians from the notification list and reassigned them, but this didn´t help.

 

Version is 7.5.0 Build 7505, please advise what to do.
