Group ID field all set to blank

Group ID field all set to blank

We have been using the  AdventNet helpdesk for a few months now and have several groups that tickets get categorized under like IT or IS, or programming request.


It works fine and we've had no issues but just recently every ticket lost it's group, newly created tickets have no group and all the old ones don't either so everything is super messy now.


Any ideas???
