Group email problem

Group email problem

SD Plus version 11201.
We have set upp two alias adresses and configured the supportgroups.
But when a mail is sent to one of this alias adresses the mailaccount adress is set in the  "To" field not the alias adress witch i needed to assign it to the group.

What are we missing here. Your documentation is not clear of the steps needed to make this work.
