Great software - Some issue
Hi!
Thank you for your great software Service Helpdesk plus.
I just wondering if is a possible to send e-mail to HelpDesk instead of logging in to HelpDesk and writing a request.
Another issue
It is a little bit irritated to put counter back every time you leave page. Is it possible to have it per default. Tex have it on 50 always even when I leave page. See bellow
