Good afternoon,

We have some graphs that hasn't updated since late October.  They count the number of tickets received in the month.  They have been working well since we set up them up at the beginning of the year.  We are running Version 11.3 build 11309.

I have tried refreshing the graphs, but new data is not coming through.  Is there something in particular I could check to see why they are not updating?
