Graphing data contained within a trap
Siemens IP phones have the ability to send call quality information (party connected to, codec, jitter, lost packets, etc) via a trap back to a management system for processing into graphs. Siemens have an application that does this but as I'm having problems getting support from Siemens I thought that I'd try and do it via OpManager.
So, is there a means of processing this data (non-ASCII), storing the required information and then graphing it?
